This place is so cute inside & out, reminds me of when I walked through some towns in Sweden. The Swedish pancakes are the best I have ever had! The Swedish meatballs were very good as well! If you get breakfast get the combo plates save you money & you get a variety. The waiter was really nice everyone there was really nice, great service! Very helpful explaining things- we will be returning!

I have seen the Swedish Breakfast sign many times and always wanted to come! We had breakfast before Midsommarfest. The Swedish pancakes and lingonberries were very tasty and not too heavy. The server kept the iced coffee flowing. The decor is Swedish and homey - it's a casual place with just a few tables and some barstools.

Really good Swedish Restaurant!! Good Food, Service & attention to Scandanavian Attention!!! JA!!!

Great Swedish breakfast spot in Andersonville. Service is friendly, food is good, and the interior of the restaurant is really cute, with lots of Swedish decor. My favorite is the Swedish Tease, with one swedish pancake (with lingonberry sauce, of course) and two eggs. Always a good place to meet friends or family for a nice casual breakfast or brunch.

Breakfast of Vikings! Absolutely wonderful Swedish restaurant in Andersonville. Super quick and very attentive service which we love, everyone seems incredibly accommodating, accepting, and genuine. Decor is absolutely wonderful and adorable. We ordered the Odin & Balder. Can I just say that first of all, I love that there's a lot of options for food. My balder veggie omelette came with toast, tomatoes, and Dutch pancakes (which taste like Polish jam rolls if you've ever had them). Husband's Odin meal was wonderful as well, really great falkurov sausage. Highly recommend coming here!

Got to check out Svea with my friend and let me say it was great, so let me get into it! The food was amazing every bite made me want to order another dish! And the freshness of the food was amazing. I have never had Swedish food and I honestly loved it very much. The service was great our waiter walked us through the menu and even gave us advice on what to order. He even talked to us about the history of Svea and Swedish people. And he made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The atmosphere or ambiance like I call it, was great the decor and all the pictures and things on the wall made me feel about the culture! Overall, I will say give Svea a try if you want to try Swedish food and tastes amazing!

When my husband and I went to Andersonville, we wanted to have a Swedish experience, so we stopped at Svea for lunch. This neighborhood Swedish restaurant looks the part on the inside. We were shocked that the prices here were very reasonable, maybe even cheap. I got the Pipi Longstocking omlete that came with potatoes and an English muffin for $13. The food was good, but not special. The severs were very attentive, almost hovering to clear our plates as soon as we were done. Overall, I recommend Svea for good food and fantastic prices.
